William Balfour has pleaded not guilty to the killings of Jennifer Hudson’s family members. William Balfour has entered a not guilty plea moments ago to charges he killed Jennifer Hudson’s mother, brother, and nephew.

Balfour is remaining in jail without bail.

Hudson was not present during the hearing. Her first public appearance will be the Super Bowl at which she will perform. Jennifer will then rock the house at the 2009 Grammys.

Reports also say that Hudson may also perform at an industry even the night before the Grammys.
