The Diet demands you to drink two litres of Sassy Water daily. The key perhaps to the diet is that ginger relaxes your GI.
Here is the recipe for Sassy Water:
2 litres/3½ pints water
1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
1 medium lemon, thinly sliced
12 mint leaves
Other reports say its not mint but spearmint leaves.
