Dane Cook’s business manager and possible brother Darryl McCauley has been arrested. Darryl McCauley Dane Cook’s manager was slap with an arrest for allegedly stealing millions of dollars from Cook.

Darryl McCauley is 43 and will appear in a courtroom today, Wednesday, to face charges of larceny, forgery, and more, says a news release by the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office issued Tuesday.

Reportedly, McCauley was Cook’s manager from the 1990s til this month. Reports are still unclear if Darryl is Cook’s brother or not.

No response by either party to the arrest charges.
