WWLTV reports as much as four inches of fresh snow are blanketing sections of New Orleans Thursday.

Louisiana State Police tell report Interstate 10 and U.S. 190 bridges over the Mississippi River in Baton Rouge are closed as of noon Thursday. Currently, CLECO reports 10,000 residents without power.

The last time snow like this hit New Orleans was 2004.
