Charles McIntyre is slamming Paula Abdul. Charles McIntyre, Paula Goodspeed’s brother, says of Paula Abdul that she is to blaim for his sister’s deteriorating health.

Goodspeed was reportedly 78 pounds before her death, caused by a broken heart says brother Charles McIntyre to the Post yesterday.

He says Goodspeed was not a stalker and that the treatment by American Idol judges of Goodspeed was to blaim.

“[Abdul] didn’t speak up for her. She let everyone take her down. She [Abdul] said she was ’speechless,’ when she could have said something in her defense.”

Meantime People reports the following allegations about Goodspeed and flowers to Abdul:

“Thinking they had come from her restaurateur boyfriend J.T. Torregiani, Abdul called him asking why he had changed his number, a source close to Abdul tells PEOPLE. When he said he hadn’t, Abdul knew immediately who really sent them: ex-American Idol contestant Paula Goodspeed, according to the source….Also, PEOPLE has learned, Goodspeed had changed her first name from Sandra to Paula. “
