Einar, Greta’s husband (played by Kidman) stands in for a female model that Greta (Theron) was suppose to paint.

The pictures reportedly become a huge hit. Greta convinces Einar to carry on the disguise. But, in 1931, Einer becomes has an operation to become a woman. And if you are keeping track, Kidman and Theron bost one Oscars as lesbian characters.
