Monday William Balfour’s parole hearing will have to find a reason to hold him. If not, Balfour, a suspect in the triple murders of Jason Hudson, Darnell Hudson Donerson, and Julian King, could go free.

Balfour remains a “person of interest” in that murder case, with some reports saying no other person is under investigation.

Balfour as first broke by LALATE NEWS in pictures is the estranged husband of Julia Hudson.

The chairman of the Illinois Prisoner Review Board, Jorge Montes says “conceivably” Balfour could be released on Monday.
