Chicago area detectives now believe that Julian King was ALIVE in the Hudson home after the shooting of Darnell Hudson Donerson and Jason Hudson.

A police official off record tells AP late tonight that Julian King was hence taken from the Hudson home alive and then, quoting AP, “probably shot in the sport-utility vehicle where his body was later found”.

This is a dramatic turn of events, if true: premeditation.

Until now, legal analysts had believed that the triple homicide killing in the Hudson home might only be charged as non premeditated murder. But of 7 year old King, if the charge is coupled with a kidnapping, the defendant could face premeditation charges for King’s death.

Officials say the time of the killing in the SUV can still not yet be determined. Of note: this is not an official police statement, but an official speaking off record to AP . “Police spokeswoman Monique Bond said she could not comment about the official’s statements.”

Also today, a gun was found in a vacant lot around the corner from the SUV’s parked location. It has been sent to Illinois State Police for testing. They are comparing the gun with the shells recovered in the Hudson home. No confirmation of shell recovery from the SUV.
