Courtenay Semel is being sued by Jaroslaw Jarczok. The Jarczok lawsuit claims Courteney Semel injured the security guard at Pure Nightclub in 2008. Tila Tequila is Semel’s current girlfriend; reports claimed in 2008 that Semel was Lindsay Lohan’s girlfriend before Samantha Ronson.

But apparently the security guard had no idea who Semel was.

The security guard was working at Pure Nightclub, located inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, when Semel, daughter of Yahoo!’s Terry Semel, allegedly pummeled him.

The suit, strangely, is reportedly filed not in Las Vegas but in L.A. County Superior Court. Jaroslaw Jarczok claims that back in August Courtenay was “quite intoxicated due to alcohol and/or chemical or other substances.” He then allegedly handcuffed her and claims he struck her in the face.
