Chelsea Handler will be the Queen of the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval. The West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval has for 2008 Chelsea Handler and Chuy as its Halloween hosts.

Comedienne Chelsea Handler star of the E! show Chelsea Lately will be crowned “Queen of the Carnaval”. Chuy will get named “Little King of the Carnaval”. The event is this Friday 6 p.m. and 11 p.m. on Santa Monica Boulevard between Doheny Drive and La Cienega Boulevard in West Hollywood.

Chelsea will get crowned at 9 pm. Previous Queens / Kings have included the boring Ryan Seacrest.

A quarter million participants are expected.
