From Philip Berg to Kenya, Barack Obama’s birth certificate is back in the news – allegations of the Obama birth certificate being faked, swapped, and more.

The Obama Birth certificate issue is getting extremely confusing to follow because of the cast of characters involved, now not asserting similar arguments, but all suggesting there is something at issue with Barack Obama’s birth certificate.

LALATE has been reporting on this all this early October. The assertion being made by these people is that if Barack Obama is not a naturally born U.S. citizen he doesn’t have a constitutional right to be president. What makes this so confusing is that each cast of the characters are asserting very different arguments, some relatively incoherent to follow.

Here are some of the updates as of today.

Andy Martin had a press conference this week and says that Barack Obama doesn’t have the real father he believes he has. Says Martin: ” Mendacious adults ‘switched’ Obama at birth. That is why he has refused to allow access to the original or ‘vault’ birth certificate. ‘We believe the original certificate did not list a father. Barack Obama became the father as a result of an agreement between Ann Dunham, Frank Marshall Davis and Barack Obama, Sr.” For more of Martin’s mess, click here.

Next, enter Steve Marquis. He says that Obama has the correct dad but was born in Kenya.

Finally, there is Philip Berg, a former assistant deputy attorney general in Pennsylvania, previously profiled on LALATE. Judge R. Barclay Surrick in his cased reportedly denied the temporary restraining order but is allowing his case to go forward.

Of all the cases, Berg v. Obama is the one to watch. To be continued …
