Ronnie Blake, Jakon Sutter, and Dante Nigro are suing Lindsay Lohan! For what? Blake, Sutter, and Nigro have a new Lindsay Lohan lawsuit in court  over that Denali episode.

What Denali episode?

If you don’t remember, that’s the point of this story.

Lindsay Lohan was involved in a GMC Denali speeding event back in July, July of 2007 that is, that resulted in three youths doing video after video for TMZ exclaiming their rendition of the story. Back then, they weren’t so happy.

Now, a year later, and a few months, they are finally filing suit.

Why so long?

The lawsuit reportedly filed this week is against Lindsay Lohan …. and Does 1 to 100. (You have to love the 100 doe defendants on this one.)

And what are they seeking? Punitive damages, among others.

Lohan’s rep’s response : “absurd”.
