Marcus Vick, pictured above, has been given a conviction. Marcus Vick was convicted today but on DUI. Marcus is Michael Vick’s brother.

Norfolk Commonwealth’s Attorney spokeswoman Amanda Howie says Marcus Vick, a former Virginia Tech quarterback, was convicted on DUI, eluding police and driving on the wrong side of the road.

The judge reportedly suspended the DUI jail sentence. Vick will just loose his license and pay a fine.
