Here’s the background on the Nancy Benoit pictures. Nancy and son Daniel died in 2007. Chris Benoit was of course a professional wrestler. Then her estate brought suit against photographer Mark Samansky among others over certain photos.

The photos were reportedly 25 years old taken by Samansky but put in the March 2008 issue of the magazine.
