The Case Shiller Housing Index was down bigtime in July!

The S&P Case Shiller home price index said today house prices in 20 U.S. cities fell at the worse rate in July ever on RECORD! The S&P Case Shiller home price index dropped 16.3% for July compared to July 2007, following 15.9% fall in June.

This is leading economists to warn people for the worse recession in a generation.

Home prices dropped 0.9 % in July from the month before, that was down .5% from May.

“We have quite a few good players. We didn’t get the ball to Marion Barber. We didn’t get the ball enough to Terrell last game. It’s a good problem to have, but we need to be able to rectify it by controlling the ball more. Making more first downs, having longer drives – those kinds of things to help everybody get the ball.”

Lino Donato has been removed as mayor of a south Texas town. Lino Donato is not any mayor – he’s “a registered sex offender”. Lino Donato was removed “as mayor, hours after … [being] released from jail on new …. charges.”

“It is time that the city of Poteet get off the radar scope as being highlighted with problems,” Councilman Allen Buck said. “This is an outstanding city.”

Donato is out on $200,000 bail facing charges reportedly for conduct with a girl “younger than 14″.

Donato’s attorney is on appeal for a previous set of charges and claims Donato is innocent of the new charges.

Poteet is near San Antonio, Texas. No comment by Donato to today’s developments.

“Previously, Guerrero co-hosted VH1’s quiz show, “The 2006 World Series of Pop Culture,” produced in association with Entertainment Weekly magazine, and served as host of the weekend edition of “Extra.” She also traveled to Egypt with anchor Hugh Downs as the reporter for the Fox special “Live From Egypt: Opening the Tombs of the Golden Mummies.”

“In 2002, Guerrero was the first reporter to question Barry Bonds on camera about his alleged steroid use, which he denied. Other broadcast highlights that garnered critical acclaim include her news-making interviews with such high-profile athletes as Shaquille O’Neal, Randy Johnson, Jerry Rice, Terrell Owens, Kobe Bryant, Mia Hamm and Alex Rodriguez.

“In 1997, Guerrero became the weekend sports reporter at KCBS in Los Angeles and went on to work as a sports reporter at Fox’s KTTV in Los Angeles. Paul Perrault is new the CEO of Sovereign Bancorp Inc.. Paul Perrault will take on CEO of Sovereign, a Philadelphia-based bank, starting in 2009 with Kirk Walters taking over chief executive functions for now from Joseph Campanelli.

Shares of Sovereign have been down nearly 80%. But earlier this month, the bank sold off collateralized debt obligations. Some analysts see this a great news today with the Perrault announcement. Trading of Sovereign shares were reportedly up sharply for Sovereign in pre market activity.
