Heather Locklear has been arrested! Heather Locklear has been arrested on suspicion of DUI. Locklear’s DUI arrest was in Montecito, booked by Santa Barbara Sheriff. The mug shot of Locklear has not yet been released to press.

Locklear is reportedly out of custody after her arrest around 8 pm PST Saturday. No bail was needed. Heather is 47 and known for Melrose Place and Spin City.

Richie Sambora, Locklear’s ex, was arrested on similar charges in March and pled no contest.

No comment by Locklear’s reps to the charges.
