Paul Sullivan, uncle to Lindsay Lohan and Dina Lohan’s brother, is going to jail.

Heading to a New York jail is Lindsay Lohan’s uncle, Paul Sullivan, brother to Dina (Sullivan) Lohan. What did he do? Sullivan fraudulently claimed that his company lost business because of the Sept. 11 attacks.

Charming.

Sullivan also was also hit with a ruling to reportedly pay over a half of million dollars, $646,000 to be exact, to the Small Business administration.

Yesterday Lindsay’s grandfather died. The day before that her father Michael Lohan, friend Samantha Ronson, and her got in a public war of words.
