Jonas Brothers Britney Spears VMAs Duet Performance!
EXCLUSIVE: Britney Spears WILL perform at the MTV Video Music Awards VMAs in a surprise concert duet performance with the Jonas Brothers. LALATE can report that Britney Spears and the Jonas Brothers will give a VMA duet performance this September, incorporating Piece of Me and Burnin Up.
For weeks, LALATE has been reporting that Spears will perform at the VMAs hosted on the Paramount backlot.
But tonight, an online ticket agency for the event has slipped the beans of out the bag. 1iota.com is a website that is offering tickets for die hard Jonas Brothers fans to watch the band live in concert at the VMAs. However, the website which describes the Jonas concert to occur outside during the VMAs has revealed just a bit more.
Late tonight, the site includes in the description that the Jonas Brothers will joined on stage by a “Top-Secret Finale Performance”. But earlier this evening, the cache of the site was different, describing the “top secret finale” performer as “the former Disney Queen”!
Ah that Britney shameless.
Who exactly would qualify as the former Disney Queen besides Britney Spears? Hillary Duff is not up for a VMA, Miley Cyrus is certainly not “former”. But while Spears was not really a “Queen” at Disney on the Mickey Mouse Show, anymore than Aguilera, it is only Britney Spears who is up for Video of the Year with the Jonas Brothers. Spears is nominated for “Piece of Me” and Jonas with “Burnin Up”.
