Mary J Blige is being sued for the “Growing Pains” song in the iPod commercial. Drama Family Entertainment’s lawsuit against Blige claims “Growing Pains” is a copyright infringement of their song “Work That”.

The lawsuit seeking $2 million. The suit reportedly claims Mary “stole some of the music she used on her latest hit album, including one used on an iPod commercial.”

Apple is not named in the lawsuit.No comment by Blige.
