Clay Aiken Baby !
With news of Clay Aiken’s baby birth, the welcoming of Parker Foster Aiken to Aiken and friend Jaymes Foster, Clay fans can’t be anymore happy!
The reaction to the new Clay Aiken baby is lots of love from fans.
On Aiken’s official fan site where he made the announcement, 231 comments have been posted in the first few hours since the post went live today. The story is the top headline news on many Aiken fan sites, including LALATE’s fav, ClayAikenTheIdealIdol.
Aiken wrote this morning of the new baby boy:
“Sorry we haven’t spoken in so long. But, I’m sure you know… I hate putting the cart before the horse. Not my way to tempt fate. But I wanted to stop by, if only for a second, so you could be the first folks I tell…. HE’S HERE!”
Aiken made it a point to post the announcement, not on his music site, but on his official fan site, to make sure that Aiken fans knew first.
Aiken recently brought headline news for his work with children in the country of Somalia, a story LALATE was proud to be the highest ranked news site covering. Aiken made a series of blog posts following his Somalia efforts to raise wonderful funds for the region through Unicef.
And where does the name Parker come from? Wikipedia claims “Parker” is the surname of Aiken’s step-father. What an awesome name!
