Even just weeks ago, Britney Spears’ figure and face were bloated and still not in her original prime. But now, Britney is back looking better than ever. How did she do it?
One magazine claims the secret of the Britney Spears Diet was food, exercise, and supplements. The Daily Mail claims Spears puts out over $10,000 a month to get it right, and points to those now famous Cabo pictures of her last weekend in a bikini as proof it’s all working out.
The mag claims Spears spends the most money on a nutrionist and supplements, next a trainer (already pictured here on LALATE several months ago), and also on a private dance instructor.
In addition, Closer magazine claims that Spears’ diet routine includes the pop singer using “limits … [of] 1400 calories a day with one ‘cheat day’ where she’ll treat herself. She also changed the way she eats, trying to have only two thirds of what is on her plate. It’s all about portion control and fresh food now. And lots of water in place of Red Bull.”
Also claimed added to the plate - lots of steamed fish and snacks of edamame beans.
And how much exercise? One claim is 3 hour dancing sessions, six times a week. “Britney is so proud of herself because her ab muscles are back”
