My God, the Christians who are crying for Christopher Laurie are the biggest hypocrites. This guy has had 12 citiations for reckless driving, then he was driving at a very very high speed in the carpool lane. How many other laws does this guy get to break before someone says he was not a good person. The good pastor should have been preaching to his son rather than the world. Thank God only he lost his life and not some innocent family that was on the freeway. Condemn evil where ever it exists. This guy was not a good guy. Please good guys do not have 12 tickets and drive in the carpool lane at deadly speeds. God knew what he was doing by taking him out before he killed someone.

Wow! James has just raised the bar for low brow, low class, uneducated bloggers. I hope you don’t measure yourself as a good guy after taking cheap shots at somebody you have never met that has recently passed leaving a young family behind. That would be my definition of hypocricy. Regardless of what you believe James, shameless comments on a anonymous blog do not prove any points they just prove that you are a coward.

    James,
Are you trying to make the claim that having moving violations makes you a bad guy? What kind of idiot are you? First of all, why are Christians hipocrits for the sadness of the death of a human being, who has left a wife, a small child and unborn child behind? You MORON! Regardless of how many citations Christopher had, he was first and foremost a human being who died an untimely death and at a young age and who has left a family behind. Secondly, having moving violations hardly justifies your judgement of him being a bad person. You never had a moving violation? Jeeez you make me sick!

James, I encourage you to read John 8:1-11 in the Bible as a reminder of Who is the sovereign ‘judge and jury’ for our lives. Since every human being on this earth has “sinned and falls short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23), you really have no place to judge and decide whether someone who has left this earth is a good person or bad person…or deserves to be mourned or not. There are plenty of people who have made mistakes in their lives – but it didn’t stop family, friends and loved ones from mourning their loss. Instead of indulging in “your moment” on a blog…take a step back and think about those who knew and loved Christopher…who knew him in a way that far transcends and traffic vilations or citations, the loss that his wife and children…father and mother, etc. have to endure.
In the end, also be encouraged by the fact that – despite misguided comments….bad and even heinous mistakes…our creator God still loves each and every one of us and wants to have a relationship with us (Revelation 3:20). Take heed brother…take heed!

I feel bad for James. He really didn’t think about what he was writing before he submitted. If you are any kind of a compassionate person you would not wish death on anyone. I know we are not judge and jury for anyone on earth and we are all sinners. You can be the worst person on earth and then you could accept Jesus Christ into your heart and your whole way of life changes for the better. That is not to say it won’t be hard to change, but your heart is a lot lighter. I know this happened almost 2 years ago but I felt compelled to post.
