Zac Efron Biceps !
You think Kim Kardashian’s butt gets smaller and larger fast. That’s nothing compared to Zac Efron’s biceps. In just days, Zac Efron’s biceps have buffed up from skinny biceps on vacation with Vanessa Hudgens to huge arms in Los Angles.
How does he do it?
And that’s not the first time. Earlier this year, snaps of Zac for the movie “17 Again” first shown on LALATE also had the actor with huge guns, only to appear with skinny arms weeks later.
While not a very tall actor, Efron has said he loves the gym. And clearly when he goes, Zac does work his biceps.
