Bratton made the comment amid attempts to curb paparazzi activities in Los Angeles, what he calls a “farce”. William Bratton explains that paps don’t need to snap celebrities if they behave properly … or in Lindsay Lohan’s case, gone gay.

“If the ones that attract the paparazzi behave in the first place, like we expect of anybody, that solves about 90 percent of the problem. The rest we can deal with,” he said.
