Britney Spears Cut from Pussycat Dolls Video
Britney Spears cut from a music video? The Pussycat Dolls have edited Britney Spears out of their new music video without any explanation. LALATE first reported several weeks ago that Britney Spears makes a cameo in the girl group’s new music video “When I Grow Up”.
That cameo had Spears driving alongside in another car while the Pussycat Dolls appear next to her in traffic, singing.
But reports today now state that the music video “When I Grow Up” has cut Britney Spears out of the final edit.
OUCH!
A spokesperson for the Dolls couldn’t be reached and the members would not explain last night during an appearance why Spears was invited for the video, shot the video, and then cut out. Not cool.
LALATE had told you how it seemed perhaps questionable to have Spears, notorious for her driving antics the last 12 months, to make an appearance in the video …. in a driving capacity.
A source had told US Magazine “They all wave at each other as they are passing in traffic — that is it. Of course, Britney looks hot and blond. It is a very short sequence, but [Britney] had a lot of fun with it. Britney really likes the Dolls’ music and when she saw them on the MTV [Movie Awards], she was totally down to do the video.”
