Venus defended her title like the champion that she is. Serena proved to be a formidable challenger as expected. The tennis is first and foremost to me, but as far as the ensemble is concerned Serena’s trenchcoat was very nice. Serena also scored with Common as her escort/date (and/or boyfriend).
