Mel B made the appearance at Debenhams, Oxford Street in London England.And if you ever thought Scary Spice was scary before, what til you see her cleavage. Mel B’s chest looks like it weighs more than all of Victoria Beckham after an all you can eat at Norm’s Restaurant.
Either way, Mel B looks beautiful.
