Dylan McDermott and wife Shiva Rose are divorcing.

LALATE first reported the two had split back in 2007.

They had been married for 12 years. Together they had two kids. Dylan is seeking joint custody with Shiva.

McDermott is known for TV shows like “The Practice” and that great film “Steel Magnolias”.
