POMONA FIRE! A fire is spreading currently in brushland close to homes in Pomona.The 25-acre fire started at 11 am. No evacuations are currently underway.

Fire crews are on the scene. Winds are currently light and moving westward.

Southern California has been under intense heat the last 24 hours.
