Jessica and Tony were spotted within the hour here in Hollywood at (photographer heaven) Katsuya.

The two were spotted in an SUV together holding hands.

Awwww.

Katsuya (from the owners of Hyde) is a place much like Mr. Chows restaurant that if you want to be photographed, that’s where you go. And that where Jessica went!

Reps for the two have all along said they haven’t broken up.
