As covered extensively on LALATE, Spears is a very, very old friend of the Maloof brothers. The Maloofs according to VegasLate reports are rumored to be behind the upcoming album of Ali Lohan. But now reports indicate that Spears and the Maloofs might be chatting about a Las Vegas show.

No confirmation yet from the hotel, the Maloofs, or Spears about the Vegas rumors.
