Clay Aiken Tonight Show
Clay Aiken on the Tonight Show! Singer Clay Aiken appeared on the “Tonight Show with Jay Leno” earlier this evening.
Aiken appeared during an extended interview with Jay that LALATE first told you about last weekend. Leno (smartly) had Clay sat next to Jack Black (yes, just imagine that comedic setup right there alone).
But in the end it was the exchange of Jay N’ Clay that made this great programming. Aiken was quick with his responses that brought big audience laughs.
And then in part 2, Aiken hit the microphone. What song did he sing?
LALATE had asked you over the weekend want song you would like him to perform tonight and you responded in huge numbers. In the end, Clay went with “On My Way Here”.

I really enjoyed the Leno appearance. Clay was so funny. On My Way Here sounded fantastic.

oh thats weird i just commented somewhere about this but now that i watched the video im in a different place. i liked the song better watching again than i did last night on tv, it didnt seem so slow. isnt that keyboard guy from maroon 5?

I loved Clay’s whole demeanor and natural conversational ability–he holds your attention and is very engaging. I loved the interview and the song was wonderful as well. All around, an awesome performance!

Clay has an awesome sense of humor! I wish he would get his own talk show. Everyone should listen to his new CD. It is totally worth it.

Clay not only has a great voice but he has great stage presence and is very charismatic. He has great wit and comedic timing and is one of the reasons he will be around a long time. He has “it”. He is no one-trick pony.
Always love his couch time and his Leno appearance

Always love Clay on talk shows. Just wish he had the opportunity to sing “Ashes” or “Falling”. Its sucha treat to hear uptempo songs sung by a beautiful voice. Very RARE!!!
