He’s Geri’s dancer from the last Spice Girls tour, called Ivan “Flipz” Velez, claims the Sun.

LALATE’s research reveals the Flipz holds the “Guiness Book of World Records, Most Headspins, 2003, 132 Headspins”.

Ouch. I personally think I can maybe do 1/8 of one headspin, well, maybe 1/3 of one.

The mag says Flipz would lift Geri up in the air during the tour when she sung “It’s Raining Men”.

What happened after that?

The Sun claims a “pal” says “Geri and Ivan met on the tour and were working very closely together. Towards the end, it began to heat up and turn into a something more. She found she missed him after the tour ended in February, so she flew out to Los Angeles to be with him.

Of course, the funniest line of this article is this one: “Pop stars dating dancers is almost as common as footballers dating women with orange skin.”
