Good news and bad news.
Bad news: there is no sex tape of Kristin Davis (star of the upcoming movie “Sex and the City”).
Good news: TMZ is reporting the pictures of Kristen Davis that LALATE broke to you last night are in fact Davis, and real, but quite old, and … no, there aren’t 20 pictures.Says TMZ, the photos are over a decade old, taken in 1992 by an ex boyfriend of the actor. “That’s right, they are just photos — no sex tape, fellas! According to reports, 20 photos are making the rounds, but actually it’s not quite 20.”
And the path to which the photos got online? Says TMZ: “the ex-boyfriend was pissed at Kristin [pre Sex and the City] and then sold the photos to a third party. ….The third party got involved in a business venture with another guy and we’re told that guy pilfered the pics and they ended up online.”
Moments ago, TMZ got the skinny from the guy that took the photos (and um) appears ”hanging” in some of them.
Says TMZ: “photos were taken back in 1992, when Davis was 27, by her then-guy Eric Stapelman. Eric was a chef in New York at the time and is now executive chef at Trattoria Nostrani in Santa Fe. We’re told Stapelman was pissed at Kristin and sold the photos to a third party. That guy then had the pics stolen from him — classy all around.”
