Simon Cowell Oprah Winfreys Big Give! Mortgage Payment for Cancer Striken Family
Mr Nasty. actually did something … sweet? Simon Cowell from American Idol gave the family of a cancer-hit 3-year-old $162,000 on Oprah Winfrey’s show the Big Give Monday.
What was the money for? To pay off their mortgage after being in need.
“It’s a very basic story of a normal family whose daughter got very ill, and they had some financial problems which was relatively easy for me to sort out,” Cowell told the TV Show Extra.
Said Cowell, “I never knew that doing good could feel so good.”
