Sheryl Crow Joining Fleetwood Mac (DETAILS): Crow to Tour for Fleetwood Mac, Stevie Nicks, Lindsey Buckingham

Sheryl Crow is planning to join Fleetwood Mac.
WOW!
Crow tells Steve Baltin for Spinner.com/AOL Music that she will be joining the group roughly in 2009.
“We definitely have plans for collaborating in the future, and we’ll see what happens. I think that’s going to be next year.”
According to Spinner, Crow is a close friend of Nicks. Nicks has previously gone on record that she was unwilling to return to Fleetwood without Christine McVie who stepped down from touring in 1998. Crow would be able to fill the void and insure the continuance of the group.
Nicks is not just a friend but also a musical influence to Crow. But which songs does Crow want to sing?
Says Crow about Nicks to Spinner.com, “I love people that are not jaded or de-sensitized and that are still really into what they’re doing and into growing as an artist, and that’s her. She’d walk out and stand at the microphone, and I swear I was looking at a 20-year-old, because she just exudes this kind of sensual love for music.”
“I’d love to do ‘The Chain’ and ‘Second Hand News,’ There’s so many great songs that I absolutely love, and just to get to sing harmonies on them is going to be a thrill.”
