Moments ago it was announced officially that Paris Hilton’s younger brother Barron Hilton was officially charged with the DUI LALATE first broke to you weeks ago.

Hilton has been charged for driving with blood alcohol .08% or higher and unlawful use of a license and [with being an] unlicensed driver.
