Our guess is yes.
If you zoom in on the definition, you will see the hair naturally falling over his necklace. It appears competely authentic when you zoom in. The layering of the hair over the necklace appears true. If it was fake, you would see a quick interruption in the neckline around the necklace and hair. Looks very real.

Check again! That photo is NOT completely real. Somehow it has been edited. Look closer at the other parts u’ll see the flaws. It may be Sanjaya’s body but edited

that picture’s a valentines gift to us fanjaya’s & what a gift it is.!! its 100 percent real just like sanjaya ,he’s growing up very nicely imagine how he’ll look when he’s 21, whoa !!
