E and P first bought one house (pictured above) on Lime Orchard last December which features an 8,500+ square foot main house, a 2,500+ square foot, and a 5,000 sq ft bunker house, with an 8 car garage. The cost …. $29 MILLION dollars.

But it didn’t stop there. Now they E and P have bought the house next door from celeb real estate agent Jade Mills for $8.5 MILLION more!

And now what … they tour it down! Almost $40 million into one property.

But this story gets even better!

Last year they bought a house in Montecito (just north of LA near Santa Barbara) for $15 million. They sold it the same year for $20 million!
