Ellen DeGeneres Portia de Rossi $40 MILLION Beverly Hills Mansion!
Did you know that Ellen is neighbors with Jessica Simpson? Imagine all the dancing and singing on that street.
Last year, Ellen and Portia reportedly bought on Lime Orchard Road in Beverly Hills near Jessica Simpson.
But this story doesn’t end there.
E and P first bought one house (pictured above) on Lime Orchard last December which features an 8,500+ square foot main house, a 2,500+ square foot, and a 5,000 sq ft bunker house, with an 8 car garage. The cost …. $29 MILLION dollars.
But it didn’t stop there. Now they E and P have bought the house next door from celeb real estate agent Jade Mills for $8.5 MILLION more!
And now what … they tour it down! Almost $40 million into one property.
But this story gets even better!
As reported by The RealEstalker, E and P certainly know how to flip a house.
Last year they bought a house in Montecito (just north of LA near Santa Barbara) for $15 million. They sold it the same year for $20 million!

they don’t need anything that big for only tow people… I mean they obviously can’t have children or anything… I guess they could adopt but they are really expensive adopting children…… But thats just like mariah carey and nick cannon they just bought a house near paris for 125 million and it has fifteen bedrooms and all like italian walls and everything they don’t need that for only two people Maraih carey cannot even have kids……
