Oscar winner Jamie Fox celebrated his 40th birthday in Miami in style … what style that is, is not very clear.
Foxx was spotted hanging out poolside with the ladies in Miami… and literally almost having everything hang out himself.
See when you win an Oscar, you can dress however you want. Hopefully one of the ladies buy him another belt for his birthday .. one that works.
