There is a new Fire this morning. And it’s called the Poomacha Fire.
NEW FIRE: La Jolla Indian Reservation (called the Poomacha fire) Update.
Broke: 4:10 a.m.
Location: La Jolla Indian Reservation (not La Jolla)
Result: The reservation has been closed
Evacuation Location:Palomar Observatory.
Burn Direction: Along Poomacha Road near state Route 76.
Several structures have goneup in flames, she says, and evacuees are being sent to Harrah’s Rincon Casinoat 33750 Valley Center Road.
