Elana Elbogen and David Glatt – Floral Furious
While she is not a celebrity, Elana Elbogen, a litigator at Kelley Drye in New York, got married to a David Glatt at Cipriani this summer in New York, and today she is headline news. Why? Because now, she’s suing her wedding florist …. for a cool nearly 1/2 million dollars!
In a breach-of-contract lawsuit filed Friday against Posy Floral Design Studios in New York state court, Elbogen claims that the florist substituted pastel pink and green hydrangeas for the dark rust and green hydrangeas that she had specified for the centerpieces. Other issues, says the lawsuit: “using wilted and/or browned flowers, leaving the event without filling half the centerpiece vases with water, and using dusty and dirty vases.”
“The use of predominantly pastel centerpieces had a significant impact on the look of the room and was entirely inconsistent with the vision the plaintiffs had bargained for,” says the lawsuit, according to the Times.
What makes this story so unbelievable is that she paid $27,435.14 for the flowers. Say what?! After the wedding, they asked for a $4,000 refund. Now, they’re asking for $400,000 in damages.
Paula and Stamos Arakas, the florist owners, told the press: “I can’t believe this. I put my heart and soul into this wedding,” said Paula to the Post. Said Stamos: “My father used to tell me, ‘Don’t deal with lawyers.’ Maybe he was right, God bless his soul.”

She is a crazy woman. Honestly did she marry for money or for love. That’s how bitter she must be if all she can think of is making money off some florist. I guess she can’t sue her husband for not pleasing her she has to sue someone. Greedy bitch

Doesn’t this new bride have anything better to do with her time? Guess she isn’t having many happy times in her marriage if she is focusing her time on this nonsense!)-Does she really think that her supposedly incorrect wedding flowers are worth $400,000? This woman is beyond pathetic and so is her husband for supporting her with this lawsuit-hope they throw her lawsuit out so they courts can focus on REAL problems, not spoiled women!

Dumb phucking jew bitch! The “new” husband better run for the hills. If she goes after a lowly florist for 400k, what do you think she’ll demand from him when they get divorced in 2 years? Mrs.Elbogen, I hope you develop cervical cancer or a brain tumor in the near future so this ridiculous lawsuit never reaches court!
