Zac Efron – Bombs at “Speed Racer” Audition, says mag’s source
Zac Efron not only didn’t get the role of “Speed Racer” but failed in his audition to convince people he’s as a leading man, says a source to NY Daily News. Where is Vanessa Hudgens when he needs comforting!
”During his auditions, Zac never connected to the romantic lead in the reading,” says our source. “By the second round, the casting crew didn’t feel he was believable as a leading man/hero.”
Bad news for Efron who has yet to appear for audiences as a leading man.
