It was attempted suicide.
lalate news was one of the first to break to you late last night the shocking revelation about Owen Wilson. This evening we now know, as confirmed by several leading new sources, that Owen Wilson DID attempt suicide.
The attempted suicide comes on reports Wilson, who has suffered before from depression, was depressed recently for a reason other than a relationship.
Ironcially, no one in Wilson’s camp has even admitted any reason for his hospitalization. Pathetic!

I just want to say to Owen, that I too have battled depression since I was a young child. I can’t imagine a Hollywood without him. I loved him in Me You and Dupree. I loved him with Jackie Chan in Shanghai Noon. I hope that you can find the support and healing that will help you get back on top and dazzle us again with your whit and incredible acting. You are someone that I wish I could meet. Please get well and find it in yourself to love yourself and like yourself (which is harder than loving yourself, if you can believe it) you are an incredible actor (which is really all I know of you, but that is an incredible insight into your soul). Believe that healing can happen, and breath deep cleansing breathes and you will feel the calm of the universe. I hope this helps. Agape, dar.numan.
